1. What is Glyder’s mission?
Glyder exists to make everyday transportation accessible, sustainable, and electric. We call it Electric motion: clean energy that moves people smoothly through cities and campuses while reducing congestion and carbon footprints.
2. Why does Glyder offer only three products?
We believe in quality over quantity. By concentrating our engineering resources on three models, we can prototype faster, test more rigorously, and fine-tune every detail. The result is a focused lineup that meets the full spectrum of daily mobility needs without compromising performance.
3. How do the three scooters differ?
Each scooter is designed for a distinct use case. One is light and quick for short campus hops, another balances range and speed for daily city errands, and the third adds extra battery life and suspension for longer urban rides. Together they cover nearly any trip you take in town.
4. What does Glyder mean by Electric motion?
Electric motion is our promise of reliable, zero-emission travel wrapped in smart design. It is the guiding principle behind every product decision, from efficient batteries to recyclable packaging.
5. Do you really ship for free?
Yes. Every order qualifies for Glyder Fast & Free Delivery. We process and dispatch as quickly as possible and never charge extra for shipping, no matter where you live in the continental United States.
6. What is your return policy?
You have thirty days from delivery to request a return or exchange. If we verify a manufacturing defect, Glyder pays for return shipping. All other returns are reviewed case by case, and any shipping or restocking costs are assigned at Glyder’s discretion.
7. Is there a warranty?
All scooters include a limited one-year warranty that covers workmanship and material issues under normal use. Details are in our Return & Exchange Policy.
