Glyder Return & Exchange Policy

1. Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and shipped back in the original packaging with all accessories.

2. Who Pays for Return Shipping?

  • If the issue is on us. Should a product arrive with a manufacturing defect or a problem attributable to Glyder, we will arrange and pay for return shipping.

  • For returns not related to a confirmed quality issue, including change of mind, sizing adjustments, or other personal preferences, acceptance of the return and assignment of shipping or any restocking costs are decided case by case at Glyder’s sole discretion.

3. How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@glydermobility.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

  2. Attach clear photos or a short video so our team can verify the condition and expedite your request.

  3. We’ll reply with a prepaid label (if applicable) or next-step instructions within two business days.

4. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

  • Exchanges ship once we confirm the returned product’s condition. Stock availability may affect processing times.

5. Limited One-Year Warranty

Every Glyder product is backed by a limited, 1-year warranty covering workmanship and material issues under normal use. Warranty service, repair, or replacement is provided at Glyder’s discretion and may be subject to additional terms. This warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy and is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied.

6. Exceptions & Exclusions

  • Normal wear-and-tear, misuse, improper maintenance, or unauthorized modifications are not covered.

  • Return requests made after the 30-day window may be denied or subject to restocking fees.

  • Shipping fees (original or return) are non-refundable unless the product is deemed defective or the return is our responsibility.
